By subscribing to a website service plan with Accomplice Creates, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

Your subscription includes:

  • A fully managed website built and hosted for your business

  • Unlimited website pages (within fair use)

  • Ongoing updates and edits via email or message

  • Secure UK-based hosting and technical maintenance

  • Email support (typically responded to within 24–48 hours)

2. Fees & Payments

  • The monthly fee starts from £99 per month, billed in advance

  • Payments are made via direct debit or standing order

  • Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of the site until payment is received

3. Ownership & Rights

  • You own all original content you provide (e.g. text, images, logos)

  • The website design, structure, and template remain the intellectual property of Accomplice Creates

  • If you cancel, a static copy of your website can be provided for a one-time fee if requested

4. Images and Content

  • Stock images may be used to help design your website

  • Custom photos (e.g. of your team, premises, or products) must be supplied by you

  • All written content (text, bios, service info, etc.) is your responsibility

  • We can help shape or edit your wording, but you are responsible for providing accurate and appropriate copy

5. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice

  • No refunds are given for part-month use

  • Hosting and updates will cease upon cancellation

6. Client Responsibilities

To keep your website up-to-date, you agree to:

  • Provide timely content, images, or updates when requested

  • Review and approve draft work as needed

  • Refrain from uploading illegal or harmful material

7. Fair Use Policy

While we offer unlimited pages and edits, this is subject to a reasonable usage limit to ensure fair service to all clients.
Excessive or repeated major rebuilds may incur additional costs (always agreed in advance).

8. GDPR & Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal data you provide (such as names, emails, or business details) will only be used to deliver and manage your website service.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
You may request to view, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer

We strive to keep your site live and secure at all times. However, Accomplice Creates is not liable for temporary service interruptions, technical issues beyond our control, or third-party service failures.
